I've had em all. 2 88 Civics, G60 Corrado, 2 88 16v Sciroccos, 82 8v Scirocco, 1979 16v PL Scirocco Storm, 1987 E30 318 BMW, 1988 E30 325i, 2003 E46 M3 SMG, 92 DSM, and a 2003 Evolution 8.
As far as playing with the car RWD is the way to go. E brake sliding in a FWD is a freakin blast! I think chassis structure makes a huge difference in a car for drive train. That can definitely make or break your decision for sure. My vw's had more oversteer than understeer. The M3 was such an awesome car and I honestly liked it more than my Evo for many other reasons. But... after getting an AWD car, there is nothing like being able to push it in the twisties and the feeling of being safe. If I'm a pussy for not wanting to wreck my car so be it. I don't ever want to go back to fwd. In auto x awd with a nice rear dif and rwd for the win! My first mod will be a $350 Shep trans rear LSD for the evo

Power oversteer all day
